To ensure a smooth experience on the day, please book in advance.
1. Enter your details: Select rental dates, items, age, etc., in the booking form.
2. Receive your QR code: A QR code will be sent to you once the application is complete.
3. At the Resort: Bring your QR code and the Rental Guide to the rental counter.
4. Payment: Present your Rental Discount Voucher at the register to pay the special discounted price.

●Lift exchange tickets and other coupons will be distributed at the meeting point.
●Lift tickets are valid starting from the day of arrival at the destination and cannot be used on different dates.
●On the departure day, changes to boarding/alighting locations for both the outbound and return trips are not permitted.
●If you will not be boarding the return bus, you must tell us in advance.
●Please be aware that arrival times at the destination and return arrival times in Nagoya may be significantly delayed due to road conditions, etc.
※Chains may be required for driving due to heavy snow, etc.
※We cannot accommodate requests for reimbursement if delays necessitate using taxis, hotels, etc.

  • ・Due to trunk space limitations, only one ski set (including poles) or snowboard, boots, and travel bag (total dimensions under 150cm) may be loaded per person.

  • ・At check-in at the Nagoya meeting point, you will receive coupons including your lift ticket, discount coupon, and return bus ticket.

  • ・The bus depart on schedule. We cannot delay departure even if contacted.

  • ・Please confirm boarding locations via maps on each detailed page. Boarding locations cannot be changed on the day of travel.

  • ・Arrival times may be significantly delayed due to detours onto regular roads or traffic congestion caused by highway closures from natural disasters (typhoons, heavy snow, etc.). Please allow ample time and flexibility in your schedule.

  • ・Please note that arrival delays are exempt from itinerary guarantees. We cannot provide refunds for bus fares or tour fees, nor arrange alternative transportation. We kindly ask for your understanding before booking.

In such cases, this will be treated as abandonment of the tour, and no refund of the tour fee will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
