• Question 1: We apologize for asking so many things, but our workshop is run by a small number of people. We ask that you consider and accept the circumstances of a small shop in a sparsely populated rural area before applying. Please read the following text and do you understand? Please answer with Yes/No. ・This course is for one person per application. ・This is not a plan for multiple people, whether children or adults, to take turns experiencing the pottery. ・Even if there is a parent supporting the child, please apply for the number of children and parents. ★Firing fees are paid separately on-site (目安◆Sake cup 550 yen~ Donburi bowl 1650 yen) ・If you are coming by car, please use the nearby coin parking. ・Groups that are late can wait and experience the next session if there is availability. ・If there is no availability, the time will be changed to an available time on the same day or the next day. ・For all inquiries and contact, please use the "message function" and our web manager will answer. ・We do not have a telephone line. Calls will be connected to our sister workshop, "Hokekyo-an". - Please trim any nails that extend beyond your fingers when viewed from the palm side of your hand. - Pets are not allowed inside the store. - Accompanying persons who do not participate in the activity will be charged a store usage fee of 110 to 550 yen, payable on-site.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• In the event of a disaster or severe weather such as a massive typhoon that may cause road closures or train service suspensions, the workshop reserves the right to cancel the event due to the organizer's circumstances and issue a full refund via the reservation payment system. This will serve as notification. Even if the workshop proceeds as planned and you cancel, if it is later confirmed that train service was suspended or major routes were blocked, making it impossible to secure transportation, a full refund will be issued due to the organizer's circumstances. Otherwise, the cancellation will be treated as a cancellation due to your own circumstances.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ・Due to the large number of participants in each session, we cannot delay the start time. Groups that are late enough to miss the production explanation can wait for the next session if there is availability. If there is no availability, the session will be changed to an available time slot on the same day or the following day. ・If accompanying persons are not participating in the experience, they cannot use the shop when it is full. Please spend your time on the benches outside or strolling around the shopping street. If there are seats available and you wish to use the shop, there will be an additional charge (110 yen to 550 yen). ・Basically, it is a one-person operation by one staff member. Please refrain from calling out to us during other sessions or while we are preparing, as this will disrupt the smooth running of the experience. ・Finished products will be handed over approximately 150 days after the experience, after various post-processing steps (we are particular about the firing process, so if we do not get a satisfactory result, we may refire it two or three times, which may take longer than 150 days).

Other special notes:

• ★Due to our small staff and one-person operation, we may not be able to answer phone calls during the experience sessions.★ Please direct all inquiries before, during, and after booking through Activity Japan's messaging system. Depending on the timing, replies may be sent the following day or later (or after the store's closing day if it spans a store holiday).
