Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Generally, the tour will proceed even in rainy weather. However, it will be canceled in the event of lightning, strong winds, typhoons, etc. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee. Please note that even if the tour is canceled, we will not compensate for transportation costs, etc.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Meeting times and locations may vary depending on the season and weather. We will contact you by message the day before, so please confirm. ・Cancellations due to meeting locations are not eligible for free cancellation, so if you would like to know about possible locations, please be sure to contact us before booking. ・Children will be charged the same rate. ・The tour will be conducted even if it rains, but may be canceled at the guide's discretion if the weather worsens. ・Tours cannot be conducted by people who have been drinking, are feeling unwell, or have a special medical condition. We will also be unable to guide you if you arrive at the location on the day. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged in such cases, or if you make a reservation or report after the cancellation fee date and time.

- For same-day reservations, please be sure to check the message from the staff before proceeding to the meeting point. If you do not receive a call, please be sure to call to confirm. (We will contact you as soon as possible, so please do not proceed to the meeting point until we are in touch. We may be out on a tour and unable to confirm your reservation.) *For safety reasons, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept anyone with any of the following illnesses or chronic conditions. We will not be able to accommodate you if you show up on the day of the tour. Please note that cancellation fees will be charged in such cases or if you make a reservation or report it after the cancellation fee date and time. ・Pacemakers, heart disease, respiratory diseases such as asthma, epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorder, and other mental illnesses, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnant women (may participate if they are in their stable period), people with physical disabilities, those who have consumed alcohol, those with hangovers, other chronic illnesses, fever, injuries, etc. *Please be sure to let us know in advance, even if the symptoms are minor. *If the person has hearing or visual impairments, please be sure to note this in the comments section.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
