With the desire to "enjoy sushi and alcohol together," we use black rice, which pairs perfectly with sake made from a blend of black vinegar and balsamic vinegar.
We have a wide selection of recommended dishes, including the "Sugidama Boat Platter," a colorful array of toppings served on a boat, as well as the popular "Greedy Tempura Platter." We especially recommend the "Sugidama Potato Salad," made with boiled potatoes mixed with chopped pickled ginger and sprinkled with our original cedar powder.
