Our dishes use Banshu Hyakunichidori, a rare breed of chicken raised by only eight farms in Hyogo Prefecture. These chickens are raised over 100 days with great care, resulting in an addictive delicacy with a firm texture and overflowing flavor. Taking advantage of the quality of these carefully selected ingredients, we offer fresh sashimi and grilled dishes. For our popular "Chicken Nanban," we use Awaji chicken, which is suitable for deep frying, and is finished to be tender.
We also offer three courses to choose from depending on your budget. The most recommended is the Kanbi Course A Set, which allows you to fully enjoy our proud Banshu Hyakunichi Chicken, including assorted sashimi, seared chicken, and assorted grilled dishes.
