Purchase Notice
・If you have any requirements in advance regarding appropriate attire for inspections or business meetings, or coordination for interviews or photo shoots, please let us know.
・Please let us know the purpose of your interview/filming, the number of days, and the number of people. ・Please let us know in advance about the places you will be visiting. Travel expenses for the interpreter may be incurred.
・Transportation costs are included in the price. If you need to stay outside of Taipei City, accommodation will be charged separately.
- Please provide meeting materials in advance where possible.
・If any travel expenses, admission fees, meal costs, etc. occur, the interpreter's costs will also be borne by the client.
・Translating documents, creating reports, running online meetings, etc. will incur additional fees, but if you contact us in advance we will let you know whether we can accommodate your request.
・English and Japanese guides are available in limited numbers, so it may be difficult to arrange them.
・We can also arrange simultaneous interpretation equipment, audio equipment, and video equipment.
・We ask that customers refrain from riding in vehicles driven by Japanese interpreters.
・In addition to local coordination, we can also arrange interpreters, transportation, accommodation, and meals, so please feel free to contact us.

Cancellation fee: 20% of the tour price from 30 days to 15 days before the start date
Cancellation between 14 and 8 days prior to the start date: 50% of the tour price
Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price from 7 days prior to the start date
*If the cancellation request is made on a holiday or after the arrangements company's business hours, the cancellation will be accepted on the next business day.
* If you cancel after the start of the trip or fail to show up, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the trip price.

- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
