For domestic trips departing on or after May 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and any difference in price will be charged at the actual cost. Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.
Please note that there are only stairs at Wadayama Station, where you will board the Hamakaze on the return journey (approximately 30 steps up and 30 steps down).
The route from Gangwon Station to Kasenkyo Izutsuya will be provided by Kasenkyo Izutsuya, a privately owned vehicle operated by the company, free of charge, and does not require a permit under the Road Transport Act. In addition, you may be sharing a seat with other groups or sharing a ride.
Children (elementary school students) are charged the same as adults. Preschool children aged 3-6 will be charged 10,000 yen (incl. tax) per person for bus seating and facility usage (breakfast buffet only). Dinner, JR seats, and bedding are not included. If necessary, children will be charged the same price as adults.
Due to traffic and weather conditions, some sightseeing spots may be omitted, the itinerary may be rearranged, the return time may be significantly delayed, and the length of stay at accommodations and sightseeing spots may not be as scheduled.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
