What You Can Expect

In order to provide a better experience quality, the gathering location will be adjusted optimally according to the number of applicants to control the number of people and disperse the crowds. The exact meeting point will be informed in the pre-departure notice and cannot be specified. Please do not register if you are unable to accept it, please understand.

During the activity, please follow the coach's instructions. If you do not comply with the coach's instructions and do not listen to dissuasion, in order to avoid accidents, the on-site coach has the right to immediately suspend the activity without refund.
Water sports are easily affected by the weather. During the actual voyage, the tour leader may modify the itinerary according to changes in wind direction and hydrological conditions, or even cancel the voyage midway if the weather conditions worsen. If you cannot accept that the itinerary may change for any reason, please do not participate. In order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of this activity, all groups must enter and exit in groups and follow the instructions of the leader coach. We are not responsible for any accidents that occur if you leave the group on your own or do not listen to advice!
The coach will assist with photography during the activity. After the activity, the photos and videos will be uploaded to the Internet for everyone to share, download or use for marketing exposure. If you do not want to make it public, please inform the team leader separately.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
