We also have sofas so you can relax.
All of the hand-made snacks available include horse mackerel namero, miso-marinated egg yolk, and shrimp shinjo, all of which go well with sake. Local cuisine from the owner's hometown of Hachijojima is also available. "Shima sushi" is sushi dipped in island chili peppers and soy sauce, and is characterized by the use of Japanese mustard instead of wasabi. This dish is very popular with customers. We also recommend the "Kusaya cheese," which is made with nori seaweed sourced from Hachijojima.
