TROFEO is a restaurant located inside the Fuji Speedway Hotel. We offer Italian dishes that focus on Shizuoka-grown ingredients, bringing out their flavors to the fullest. We recommend the 'Margherita' made by our pizza chef and the 'Caprese' featuring sweet Amela tomatoes. Please enjoy them with our selection of wines, primarily from Italy. The restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal while looking out at the nature that fills the windows. Please stop by when you are in the area.
This Italian restaurant serves dishes made with ingredients from Shizuoka. The recommended dish is the "Margherita" baked in a kiln. The creamy, rich mozzarella from Shichitomi Cheese Factory in Fujinomiya City pairs perfectly with the crispy outside and chewy inside dough. The "Caprese" made with the same cheese is exquisite with the sweet Amera tomatoes. Other dishes that make use of local ingredients include appetizers made with seafood from Numazu and Gotemba Koshihikari risotto, so please enjoy a variety of excellent dishes.
To celebrate the second anniversary of the hotel's opening, a special lunch menu will be available only in October. You can choose from pizza or pasta as your main dish, and enjoy lunch with salad or dessert for 2,200 yen per person.
With the experience he has cultivated at numerous foreign-affiliated hotels, his passion for visiting producers of attractive ingredients in Shizuoka Prefecture, and the bonds he has built with producers, he has collaborated with long-established restaurants, such as Maruko Chojiya's tororo soup and Sakuraya, a famous eel restaurant in Mishima City, for its shirayaki. In recognition of his achievements, he was recognized in February 2024 as a "Fujinokuni Food Capital Worker" for conveying the appeal of Shizuoka Prefecture's food culture. He will continue to promote the appeal of Shizuoka ingredients from Oyama Town to the world.
Our restaurant is located on the third floor of the Fuji Speedway Hotel. The friendly atmosphere of the restaurant has open windows, allowing you to enjoy your meal while looking out at the abundant nature. On days with good weather, you can even see the impressive Mt. Fuji. We have tables for four, as well as three private rooms for you to enjoy a private moment. Perfect for meals with family and friends, as well as important anniversaries. Please use us for a variety of occasions.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
