A specialty shop that exclusively serves Junmai-shu among all types of sake. Junmai-shu is a gentle-on-the-body sake made solely from rice and water, without any additives. For appetizers, we offer carefully prepared dishes ranging from our signature minced meat cutlet and potato salad to rice dishes made with seasonal ingredients. In addition to our a la carte menu, we also recommend the 'Soregashi Course,' which features our classic dishes. Enjoy a fun tasting experience with 10 types of sake. For a souvenir, try our famous 'Seared Mackerel Sushi Roll'.

This Japanese sake izakaya was renovated from a small old house. "Sakaba Soregashi" is located a 3-minute walk from the west exit of Gotanda Station. The first floor has counter seats where you can drop in casually, and the second floor has table seats where even small groups can enjoy themselves. Please feel free to stop by.
