If you need to change the time, please place a new order and submit a cancellation application within the cancellation policy time limit. Late cancellation will not be accepted.

Please arrive at the restaurant on time according to the date and time on the voucher. Your seat will be reserved for 10 minutes and the dining time will be 110 minutes (from the reservation time). If you exceed the specified time or redeem the wrong date, you will be deemed to have given up the use and no refund will be required.

Please make a reservation according to the number of diners. It cannot be used with others. If it is found on site that the set meal ordered does not match the number of people, the store has the right not to accept the reservation and cannot request a refund. Please be informed.

A receipt or unified invoice has been issued for the prepaid amount at the time of booking. No invoice will be issued when exchanging goods and discounting expenses.

For on-site consumption, a 10% service fee will be charged.

There is no storage service on the day, please keep your belongings safe.

Food and beverages from outside are not allowed.

Pets allowed - courtesy bag, no landing.

There are stairs and steps in the venue. If there are pregnant women, children, or the elderly, please pay special attention to your own safety.

The all-you-can-drink plan is not applicable on large-scale and special events, such as Halloween, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, special or ticketed parties.

The all-you-can-drink plan provides limited bar and high-top tables. Generally, sofa tables have special low-cost requirements. Please contact the store if necessary.
