- Delta Airship: Pregnant women are not suitable to ride; height must be 120 cm or above; parents under 12 years old are required to accompany them.
- Alpha Cabin: Under 12 years old please be accompanied by a parent.
- Beta Pioneer: Pregnant women are not suitable to board; height must be 110 cm or above; age must be 7 years or above.
- Epsom route: Pregnant women are not advised to travel; the height must be at least 130 cm (those under 140 cm in height may have their view blocked)
- Omega Fighter: Pregnant women are not suitable to ride; the age must be 7 years or above.
- Riders of Gama Breakers: Pregnant women are not suitable to ride; height must be 110 cm or above; age must be 7 years or above.
- Lambda Circuit: Pregnant women are not allowed to ride; height must be 110 cm or above; age must be 7 years or above.
- Children under 4 years old are not allowed to enter. Some equipment has a height limit of 110-130 cm. Please evaluate before purchasing tickets.

Some of the equipment and videos in the museum have height and age restrictions. People with mobility difficulties or wheelchairs must be accompanied and assisted by a companion. Please confirm the relevant service content before entering.
