The e-voucher will be sent to your email inbox. Please exchange it for physical tickets at the designated location；- How to use - Bus seats are not reserved at the time of purchase. When exchanging the ticket, you will be issued a reserved seat ticket for the "Outbound" and "Returning" bus journeys and given it to you along with the set ticket. When exchanging a child's ticket, we will ask for age verification, so please present proof of age. The set ticket is valid for two days, including the start date of use (the day you board the Yukino bus). Please present the QR code to staff at the designated exchange location and exchange it for a set ticket. Please exchange your e-voucher for a set ticket for travel to or from the Osaka area at the JR Expressway Bus Ticket Center in Osaka Station or the JR Bus Ticket Counter at Minatomachi Bus Terminal (OCAT 2F). Please exchange your electronic voucher for a set ticket for travel to or from the Kobe area at the JR Bus ticket counter inside Sannomiya Bus Terminal (Mint Kobe). When you use the train, your ticket and admission ticket will be torn off and collected by the driver and staff from the "Godzilla Intercept Operation - National Godzilla Awaji Island Research Center." - Redemption location - Electronic vouchers for journeys departing and arriving in the Osaka area can be exchanged for a set ticket at the JR Expressway Bus Ticket Center in Osaka Station or the JR Bus Ticket Counter in JR Namba (Minatomachi Bus Terminal OCAT 2F). For this reason, we recommend that you exchange your electronic voucher by the day before your intended use. *Please note that if you take the 2:00 PM bus from Osaka Station JR Expressway Bus Terminal, the last bus from Nijigen no Mori to Osaka Station JR Expressway Bus Terminal leaves at 4:43 PM, so you will only have about an hour to stay at Nijigen no Mori.

Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free；For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply；Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.；Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Electronic vouchers can be redeemed at designated JR bus ticket offices from 10:00 AM one month and one day before the boarding date. When exchanging, please present the QR code on the electronic voucher.
Please note that the set ticket cannot be reissued if it has been lost or stolen.
If you choose to depart from or arrive in the Osaka area, you may get on and off at Osaka Station, JR Expressway Bus Terminal, or JR Namba (Minatomachi Bus Terminal) *The departure and arrival bus stops are different depending on the bus; please check the timetable in advance.

The bus leaves on time. To avoid missing the bus, please double-check the bus stop's location ahead of time and arrive at the boarding site with plenty of time to spare.
Arrival at the destination may be delayed due to road or weather conditions. Please note that refunds due to bus delays, transportation to connect to, accommodation period, etc. will not be compensated
The amount of luggage that customers can carry free of charge is limited to ① a weight of 10 kg, ② a total volume of 0.125 cubic meters, and ③ a length of 1.5 meters or less. Please note that if there is a problem with the vehicle structure or transportation (such as luggage blocking the aisle or emergency exit), restrictions may be placed on luggage even if it is free of charge.
