This park is a designated historic site in Taichung City. In order to protect cultural assets and take into account the safety and quality of visitors, please cooperate with the following regulations. If there is any violation, the park may advise, stop, refuse entry or ask to leave
In order to maintain the safety of the historic site, the park has limited access to the park and the second floor is a limited open area, which may not be open to the public if necessary.
When visiting a building, please speak softly and refrain from making noises, running, chasing, playing, or any other behavior that may disturb other tourists.
Fireworks, the carrying of all kinds of prohibited and dangerous items, sharp objects, unknown liquids, bottles and cans, etc. are strictly prohibited in the park.
Please do not chew betel nuts or chew gum, spit or litter. Smoking and bringing in outside food are prohibited in the entire area.
Unless otherwise indicated, touching of exhibits in the park is strictly prohibited. Anyone who damages all or part of the historic site, or its ancillary facilities, related facilities or exhibits will be prosecuted for civil or criminal liability in accordance with the law.
Please do not climb, sit on railings, or shake the historic buildings in the park. If you damage all or part of the historic buildings or their ancillary facilities, you will be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 6 months and not more than 5 years in accordance with Article 103 of Chapter 10 of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act, and may be fined not less than NT$500,000 and not more than NT$20 million.
This park is a designated historic site in Taichung City. According to the relevant laws on the preservation of historic sites, it is not possible to fully improve it to have barrier-free facilities. There are thresholds and narrow corridors in the buildings, so it is not recommended to wear high heels and use wheelchairs or baby strollers to avoid danger.
The park is open only to "general visitors taking pictures and taking photos". Photography must not hinder other visitors, historical buildings, exhibits and the safety and order of the park. In order to maintain a comfortable visitor environment, commercial photography is not allowed on holidays. The following commercial photography requires application and payment seven days in advance before filming: (1) Commercial activities: Any profit-making or related business, etc. (2) Photographic equipment: Including reflectors, lights, tripods, props, drones, etc. (3) Costume photography: Special characters, formal dresses, wedding dresses (excluding those who rent the park's costumes or cooperate with activities)
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Pets must be chained or protected when entering the park. If there is any excrement, please deal with it by the owner.
It is strictly prohibited to enter unopened areas and private property spaces without permission.
If the park deems other matters that are not mentioned above to be obstructive to the exhibits or disrupt the order of the visit, the park may persuade, stop, refuse entry or ask to leave.
