On weekdays, entry is quick. If there are two or more people, a full table is usually available. If you are single, you may be seated with someone at a separate table.
The process was therapeutic; the teachers were friendly, and the environment was comfortable. Whether you come alone or with family and friends, you'll have a great experience. I look forward to seeing the results.
The location is inside a building, so you have to look carefully. Once inside, it's a hidden gem. Although you can't specify a masseur, both of them were excellent. Their pressure and acupressure points were spot-on, and the massage lasted a good amount of time. I'll definitely come back after this experience. The hot tea before the massage and the snacks afterward were also very thoughtful.
I liked it because it felt like a quirky university lecture. The lecturer (I'll call him Professor) was so fluent in Japanese that I forgot he was Taiwanese. Since it was a weekday, the lecture started with just the three of us: me, my friend, and the professor. It began with the professor complaining, and then we touched on tea from various angles, including history, chemistry, and arithmetic. We were also given some rare tea that isn't for sale. Instead of teaching how to brew tea using teaware, he taught us how to make delicious tea that even a beginner can make. (This experience might not be suitable for those who want to learn about the etiquette and brewing methods using teaware.) Before I knew it, more than two hours had passed, lol. It was so much fun!
