Despite its location on the second floor of a building near MRT Dongmen Station, the atmosphere felt tranquil, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. I had the opportunity to learn from a master of "Taiwanese Black Tea," established in 1937, about the classification of teas according to their fermentation stage, from green tea to black tea, as well as their color, flavor, how to recover from tea that was too strong or too weak, and how to brew tea appropriately for different numbers of people. While it differs from learning tea ceremony etiquette and other practices at typical tea houses, it's rare to have such a dedicated lecture on all aspects of tea from a renowned expert in the field, known for their tea evaluations. I'm so glad I went. Also, I've never tasted a tea as sweet as the Assam white tea I had there. It was out of stock at the time, but I will definitely visit Taiwan again when it's available. I used it from 11:00 PM. I pressed the doorbell on the sixth floor entrance to be unlocked and took the elevator up. The massage was good and the price was cheap, so I recommend it.
