I made the reservation one day in advance, and a few hours later, a local staff member contacted me with instructions on how to collect the wifi. They contacted me on social media about the meeting point at the local airport, so the rental went smoothly. I was able to pay the deposit in Japanese yen. The wifi connection was strong and I was able to use it without any problems. I was also able to return it by having them come to the departure floor of the airport to coincide with my flight home, so the rental was completed without any problems.

Punctual, reasonably priced. After picking up my luggage, I went straight to the meeting point and was able to meet the attendant without any waiting time. The ride took about 20 minutes, and I was able to spend it comfortably without any particular issues. I deducted one star because the car seat was slightly worn.

Since we had some time between the hotel and the Kecak Dance at Uluwatu Temple, we were taken to a silver accessory shop. While I ended up purchasing some jewelry I liked, I didn't know the market price, and for some reason, I was offered either Japanese yen or dollars, and then paid a 35% discount. This confusing system left me feeling a bit frustrated. As for the Kecak Dance, the guide helped us line up, allowing us to see the 6:00 p.m. performance, which was very satisfying. On the way back, the guide recommended a restaurant for dinner, but I felt like they used a lot of garlic, perhaps to hide the freshness of the seafood, and that the price was a little high. While I'm sure the guide was well-intentioned, it's hard to say I truly enjoyed the experience.

The shuttle driver had excellent musical taste and drove remarkably steadily. The on-site water activities leader was professional and friendly, and numerous staff members accompanied us in the water, always taking care of anyone who needed a break from snorkeling. Lunch was simple but delicious, and the full day was relaxing yet packed, with no dull moments. The island itinerary was more interesting than expected, with scenic views, photos, and beach walks. Aside from the early morning wake-up call, everything was wonderful.
