Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If it is determined that it is difficult to safely conduct the service due to weather, sea conditions, disaster, equipment failure, or other force majeure, the organizer may cancel or change all or part of this service. If the service is canceled pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the fee for the unused portion will be refunded, but the organizer will not be liable for any other damages (transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.).
Important notes regarding course participation:
- To ensure your safety during this activity, please follow the instructions of our staff and the activity provider's staff. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who is intoxicated, unwell, pregnant, or otherwise deemed unsafe. We may also change the content or restrict participation depending on the weather, sea conditions, or your physical condition on the day of the activity. For safety reasons, preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian. If you are late for your reservation time, you may be refused participation. Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases. Please manage your valuables yourself. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.

* **For those arriving by car:** Approximately 30 minutes by car from Naha Airport.
* **Parking:** 590 spaces available. Large buses: Permitted.
* **Please use the paid parking lot within the marina (600 yen per day).**
* **For those arriving by other means:** If traveling by bus, get off at "Convention Center" bus stop and walk for approximately 3 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
