[Important Notes Beforehand]

  • This product is a group tour. After booking, you will need to wait for the group to be formed. The vehicle will be arranged according to the number of people in the group. It is a local group tour and you will be traveling with other passengers. Please be aware of this.
  • The entire route must use legally licensed commercial vehicles with green license plates. In April 2024, Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism issued a new regulation stipulating that daily driving time must not exceed 10 hours (based on the actual departure time from the depot) in order to effectively prevent traffic accidents caused by bus drivers being overworked or fatigued.
  • This tour will be accompanied by a qualified guide who will provide friendly and attentive service throughout. The primary language of service will be Chinese. If you require other languages, please indicate this in the remarks section. Our staff will do their best to assist, and translation software may be used on the day of the tour. If there are 25 or more people requiring English or Korean services, a separate tour will be organized with English or Korean guidance. If there are fewer than 25 people, the tour will be combined with another group. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The transportation, accommodation, and tourist attractions in this itinerary will remain as faithful as possible to the original itinerary. However, in the event of special circumstances such as inclement weather, traffic congestion, full reservations for restaurants at attractions, temporary closure of attractions, changes in hotels, seasonal changes, hotel confirmations, or other force majeure events, the order of the itinerary may be slightly adjusted or tourist attractions may be swapped. The itinerary will be based on local conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
  • The Kurobe Alpine Route Snow Wall (also known as the Snow Valley or Daisetsu Valley) is a natural landscape, and its actual height depends on the weather and natural conditions of the year. We regret that we cannot guarantee the height of the snow wall that will be visible. Please understand that it is quite difficult to purchase vegan food in Japan; therefore, we recommend that tourists bring their own vegan food in advance if needed.
  • Please refer to the official website for the reservation and opening of various events in Tateyama Kurobe Alter. For details, please click here.

Room Type Description

  • Group rooms are mainly double rooms (2 single beds) with two people per room. Japanese or Japanese-Western style rooms may also be available. In principle, each room can accommodate 2 people. Please help to make reservations for double rooms.
  • If a single traveler does not specify a room, the company will arrange for a same-sex traveler or tour leader to share a room. If one adult and one child under 6 years old cannot book a double room, please select single room booking.

If a Triple room is unavailable, please ask one person to share a room with the hotel, or request a Single room and pay the Single room supplement. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Japanese hotels rarely offer four-person rooms, except for traditional Japanese-style rooms. If a Quadruple Room is unavailable, a two-person room will be provided. We apologize for the inconvenience.
