★Cross-Region Transfer Service Fee Standards

• If the pick-up or drop-off location is outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, an additional cross-region service fee will be charged (fees vary by location).

• If the customer is staying outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, the driver's travel time must be deducted. If the customer stays outside the 23 wards of Tokyo and requires a continuous private charter car, an additional driver accommodation fee (10,000 JPY) will be charged.

Example: For accommodation in the Hakone/Fuji area, approximately 2 hours of the driver's travel time for the outbound or return journey will be deducted.

Please arrange your itinerary based on the reference routes. If the itinerary crosses different regions, such as: Hakone Area + Fuji Area; or Fuji Area + Kamakura Area; or Hakone Area + Yokohama Area, such mixed routes will incur a cross-region service fee.

★According to the regulations of the Japan Land Transport Bureau, the full-day service time for an 18-seater vehicle is 9 hours. The service hours for the 18-seater are from 8:00 to 20:00, with a maximum of 1 hour of overtime allowed.

★Autumn Foliage Special★

・Mt. Fuji Momiji Corridor: There is a 'Momiji Corridor' around the Nashigawa River, featuring approximately 60 giant maple trees with crimson leaves lining both sides of the corridor. Located on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi, it spans 150 meters. From the treetops to the ground, everything is covered in intense fiery maple colors, creating a 'foliage tunnel' that looks as magnificent as an oil painting.

・Lake Kawaguchi Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine: Maple leaves, Mt. Fuji, shrines, and torii gates. These elements perfectly represent Japan and are very photogenic during this season. The area is filled with giant trees and feels very sacred. You need to climb stairs to reach the shrine on the hill. The Sengen Shrine is also a World Heritage site, and from the top, you can overlook Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, which is truly beautiful.
