As it was a hassle to travel to the airport with young kids and teens and few big luggage , I decided to opt for easier solution by catering transport from KKday a day before my departure. It’s easy and convenient to book for the service.
Once booked, an email with invoice was sent.
A driver, Bao was assigned and he provided great service. He was polite and friendly, always smiling, proactive in messaging to confirm the pick-up point and timing, quick to assist to handle the luggage and arrived punctually for the pick-up.
Worth to get the service .
The weather was great that day, and Mount Fuji was clearly visible. Our guide, Sandy Wang, was friendly and proactively introduced the sights along the way. The only downside was that December 30th was close to the Japanese New Year holiday, and there were many vehicles on the road, resulting in a total traffic delay of over two hours from departure to the end of the trip.
Driver Zhang Tingchao is conscientious and responsible ❤️ I highly recommend this tour. The advantage of small group tours is that you can control the time.
