If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required group size, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent one day prior to departure.
After a successful reservation, a specialist will contact you by phone or text message between 16:00 and 20:00 the day before departure to inform you of the correct pick-up time.
This is a group ride and may require you to pick up and drop off passengers at different hotels. Please follow the pick-up time provided by the tour operator one day before departure.
The free pick-up area in Hualien City extends north to the south of Hualu Road, west to the east of Section 3 of Central Road, and south to the north of De'an 6th Street. Additional fees will be charged outside the designated pick-up area. The fee will be notified before the order is confirmed and must be paid on site.
The merchant reserves the right to cancel or adjust the duration of the tour due to traffic, weather or other force majeure factors.
Passengers returning via Taiwan Railways are advised to book trains departing after 20:30 (for long holidays, please book trains departing after 21:00).
