Overtime Fees
Okinawa Main Island: If the vehicle is used overtime, a 5-seater car will be charged an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour; a 7-seater car will be charged an overtime fee of 3,000 yen per half hour (exceeding 15 minutes will be considered 30 minutes); a 10-seater car will be charged an overtime fee of 3,500 yen per half hour (exceeding 15 minutes will be considered 30 minutes); a 19-seater minibus will be charged an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per half hour (exceeding 15 minutes will be considered 30 minutes); a 49-seater bus will be charged an overtime fee of 6,500 yen per half hour (exceeding 15 minutes will be considered 30 minutes).
Ishigaki Island/Miyako Island: If the vehicle is used overtime, a 5-seater car will be charged an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour; a 10-seater car will be charged an overtime fee of 8,000 yen per hour.
Vehicle cleaning costs
If a passenger causes serious damage to the vehicle during the ride (such as vomiting, odor, or other situations that are difficult to clean), a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
Multi-day private charter car
If you need to private charter car for multiple days and the driver needs to stay overnight in a different location, you will need to pay the driver's overnight fee on the day of travel. The fee will vary depending on the season and region, and is expected to be between 8,000 and 15,000 yen per day. Please refer to the amount on the quotation for the price.

If the private charter car hours on the day of travel exceed the time originally confirmed during consultation (including traffic conditions such as traffic jams), additional overtime fees must be paid to the driver on site.
On the day of travel, in order to ensure your trip is smoother, the driver will suggest a return time based on traffic conditions, and may adjust the order of attractions. Please be aware.
It takes time to confirm a customized route (depending on the peak or off-season, it takes at least 1 to 5 days to dispatch a vehicle for you). Please consult as soon as possible to ensure that a vehicle can be reserved for you.
After confirming the route and quotation, please place an order for the exclusive plan within the time prompted by the customer service, otherwise the quotation will be considered invalid.
The time used on the day of travel shall be based on the travel time confirmed before the trip. If the passenger is late, the driver will suggest shortening the trip according to the situation. If the guest chooses not to shorten the trip and causes overtime, overtime fees will be charged.
If you need to make any changes to your itinerary, please submit your request at least 72 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.
When private charter car for multiple days, you will need to pay the driver's overnight fee on the day of travel. It will vary depending on the season and region, and is estimated to be between 8,000 and 15,000 yen. Please refer to the amount on the quotation for the price.
Multi-day tour service only provides car arrangements. Please note that accommodation and attraction ticket fees are to be borne by the passengers themselves.
