Surcharge(s)

Cross-regional service fee for pick-up and drop-off

If the pick-up and drop-off locations are outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, a cross-regional service fee will be charged (fees vary by location).
If guests stay in the Hakone/Fuji area, approximately 2 hours will be deducted for the driver's travel time to/from the area.
For medium-sized vehicles with 13 seats or more, the travel time to/from the area is approximately 2 hours, resulting in an actual service time of 7 hours.
If the itinerary crosses different regions, a cross-regional service fee will apply, such as: Mt. Fuji area + Kamakura area.

Overtime fee

If the service exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will apply. Overtime fee: 5,000 JPY/hour for vehicles with 14 seats or fewer; 10,000 JPY/hour for vehicles with 14 seats or more. The driver will provide return time suggestions based on map data; if overtime occurs due to unexpected traffic on the day, the guest is responsible for the overtime fee.

5th Station access fee

If the itinerary requires going up to the 5th Station, an additional access fee must be paid (approximately 2,060-4,700 JPY depending on the vehicle type).

Fee for the second child seat

The first child seat is free. A fee of 2,000 JPY is required for the second child seat, payable to the driver.

Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine parking fee

If the itinerary includes Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine, an additional parking fee must be paid (1,500 JPY, subject to the actual ticket price).

Reminders

  • After booking, please communicate the specific itinerary with the driver/guide in a timely manner to avoid any delays.

  • The service duration is 10 hours between 08:00 am and 22:00 pm. Usage outside of service hours will incur a night/early morning service fee. Please confirm the specific usage time with customer service after placing your order.

  • According to the regulations of the Japan Land Transport Bureau, the full-day service for 14-seater and 19-seater vehicles is 9 hours, available between 8:00 and 20:00, with a maximum overtime of 1 hour.

  • The departure and end points (hotels or other pick-up/drop-off addresses) for this product must be within Tokyo city. Please contact customer service for pick-up/drop-off in other areas.

  • Since Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine has recently started charging high parking fees, if you wish to visit this attraction, you can choose to: 1) Get off at Shimoyoshida Station and walk to the entrance (approx. 10 minutes), or 2) Get off at the dedicated parking lot at the entrance, which requires a 1,500 JPY parking fee (once the vehicle enters, it cannot reverse and must pay the fee, which is equivalent to an admission ticket for arriving by vehicle). You will need to cover this cost yourself. Please inform us of your choice in advance.
