The system does not provide the function of modifying orders. If you want to change the quantity, you need to refund the ticket and reorder.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for any product or gift in the package once it has been used.
This package cannot be cancelled after the reservation deadline.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains and other natural disasters), the organizer may postpone or cancel the event for the sake of public safety, and will notify and contact the organizer in advance. If there are any unresolved matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate or change the details of the event content.
This vehicle uses a free seating system, and passengers can choose their seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you have selected your seat, please do not change seats during the journey to ensure a smooth trip and manage the number of passengers.
Please note that if you are refused service due to lateness/No Show/failure to comply with regulations, you will not be able to request a refund or change.
When there are many passengers, please do not place personal belongings on empty seats or occupy seats in any way.
The itinerary does not include paid attraction tickets. If you want to purchase them, you can refer to the Fun Pass package.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure to avoid delays in your subsequent trip. No refund will be requested if you are late.
Each passenger can bring one piece of luggage up to 29 inches on board.
Drinks and beverages are allowed on the bus, but eating is prohibited.
The bus stops cannot be changed for this trip. The actual stop/departure time may be adjusted depending on road conditions. Please follow the sign held by the driver.
Children aged 0-3 can join for free. Each adult can bring one infant under 3 years old. If the child needs a seat, please purchase a package to reserve it.
If there are children who do not occupy a seat, please notify us after ordering (mail:okinawa.fontrip@gmail.com) and provide (departure date and name of the accompanying adult). If you do not inform us in advance, they may not be able to board the bus.
If you need to use the restroom before departure, please note that the restroom closest to the meeting point is located at the back of the Ryubo Department Store.
If passengers have left lost items on the bus, please contact okinawa.fontrip@gmail.com for processing.
If you have mobility issues or other additional needs, please inform us before departure (mail:okinawa.fontrip@gmail.com) so that the driver can provide necessary assistance on the day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you lose any items, please contact us (okinawa.fontrip@gmail.com) and provide details of the item to assist in identification. Once the lost item is identified, please collect it in person at the designated location as instructed. We apologize that we do not provide assistance with sending or delivering lost items to your residence or accommodation.
According to the bus company's regulations, if passengers lose or forget their personal belongings on the bus, the bus company will only store food for three days and personal items for one week. Passengers can pick them up at the designated location after contacting the company. Items lost or forgotten will no longer be stored. Passengers are kindly requested to take special care of their belongings.
