Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free；For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply；For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply；For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply；For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply；Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.；Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

High-speed rail seats are allocated by computer system, and the continuity cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Since the bus for this itinerary is for travel package itineraries, single refunds will not be given if you cancel the outbound/return trip or do not participate.
In case of bad weather or force majeure factors, the company reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary.
Please gather on time at the specified time. If a passenger leaves the group due to personal reasons or fails to meet up during the itinerary, it will be deemed that the passenger has abandoned the itinerary, and the company will not refund the fee.
The driving time stated in the itinerary is for reference only. Due to road conditions or the large number of holiday tourists, the itinerary sequence may be changed depending on the situation.
