The departure time on August 10th and 11th will be 20 minutes earlier, with the departure time at Hakata at 7:25 and departure at 7:40.
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.
Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
Please note that if there are an odd number of people participating in this tour, you will be seated together.
Due to congestion during the summer vacation, return times may be significantly delayed.
The itinerary may be changed depending on road traffic conditions, reservations for the trolley train and brewery.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing. Please bring rain gear in case of rain.
The Minamiaso Railway trolley may operate in the opposite direction (departing from Tateno ⇒ arriving at Takamori). In that case, the order of the itinerary may be changed.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
