Complimentary hotel pick-up is included ONLY for hotels that are located within the French Old Quarter Area. Guests staying at hotels outside the French Old Quarter Area can request a hotel pick-up for an additional fee.
Our menu can be customized to accommodate different dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns regarding dietary restrictions and accommodation.
For PRIVATE groups, complimentary hotel pick-ups are included both inside & outside the Old Quarter Area within 10 km from the Hanoi Post Office. All aspects of this activity can be customizable upon request, including start/finish time, pick-up location, and menu items.
