Product Info
Freediving uses a single breath to dive into the ocean and swim with sea turtles. Surrender everything to the sea, and it will embrace and accept you.

- AIDA 2 Course Content:
Theory (Freediving physiology, theory, breathing and relaxation, safety education)
Confined Water (Static apnea, finning technique, safety rescue, diving techniques)
Open Water (Equalization, rope diving, constant weight diving, rescue training, depth training, buddy system)
- Eligibility:
Must be at least 16 years old; minors must have a consent form signed by a guardian.
Must be in good physical and mental health. If you have any of the following conditions, please consult a doctor and provide a medical certificate: cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy, major surgery, or pregnancy.
