Please note that the cherry blossom opening date is affected by local weather, therefore the most beautiful scenery cannot be guaranteed. Please check the local weather and cherry blossom blooming conditions before placing order. Please understand that if you request a refund/compensation due to poor blooming of the cherry blossoms or rain or other weather factors, we will not be able to accept it.
Car No. 5 "The Rich" has no glass windows on both sides, it's an open carriage. You can take pictures of beautiful scenery from the train and experience the breeze on your face. Please note that if it rains, you may get wet.
Please do not eat or drink in the car. If stains are caused in the car, according to local cleaning standards, compensation will be required.
The itinerary will be adjusted based on the number of participants. If it's a small group car, the driver will also be your tour leader. There will be no explanation of the scenic spots when you get off the car.
The order of the itinerary will be adjusted according to the actual train ticket time.
The company is not responsible for the inability to join the tour or poor scenery due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, etc., and no refunds or rescheduling are possible. Please understand.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location at the designated time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. Please understand.
No refund will be given if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons.
The flower viewing period will be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is organized, the tour will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering conditions. Please be advised.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 12 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 11 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
