- Pick-up Point
Pick-up point: Chosen by the guest within Chiayi (Tainan) city center. Additional fees will apply for locations outside the city center.
Drop-off point: Chosen by the guest within Chiayi (Tainan) city center. Additional fees will apply for locations outside the city center.
- Luggage
5-seater: Up to 2-3 pieces of 26-inch luggage
9-seater: Up to 6-7 pieces of 26-inch luggage (luggage larger than 26 inches counts as two pieces)
Note: If the number of luggage pieces exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver may refuse service, and no refund will be provided.
- Child Safety Seat
According to Taiwan regulations, children aged 0-4 must use a child safety seat. A 5-seater vehicle can accommodate up to 1 seat, and a 9-seater vehicle can accommodate up to 2 seats.
The insurance included in this package does not cover accidents involving passengers outside the vehicle.

Overtime charges
After the basic time is exceeded, a fee of TWD300 will be incurred every 30 minutes for 5-seater and TWD350 every 30 minutes for 9-seater.
Please note that if overtime is caused by traffic control obstruction or other factors, overtime fees will be charged.

5-seater car: 1 safety seat is provided free of charge (5-seater car can only place 1 safety seat, if you need 2 safety seats, please book a 9-seater car)
9-seater car: 1 safety seat is provided free of charge. If you need a second photo, please inform us and pay TWD300 on site

If it is not included in the above list and is not located in the center of Tainan, customer service will contact the guest to inform them of the amount.
Reminders
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before to avoid delays in your subsequent journey.
The maximum waiting time for the driver is 10 minutes, and he will leave after 10 minutes. The order will be processed as No Show. Passengers are not allowed to request changes, cancellations or refunds based on this.
How to Redeem Your Voucher
Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
