【Precautions】
1. The entire event is in Japanese. Minimum group size: 6 people. If the number of reservations does not reach 6 people, the event may be canceled and will be notified in advance.
2. Reservation restrictions: Pregnant women and people who have drunk alcohol are not allowed to participate. If found on site, no refunds will be given. Please be informed.
3. If there are children under 3 years old participating, please make a note when placing an order. (If there is no prior notice, the captain will make a judgment based on the sea conditions on that day and may be refused to participate)
4. Free pick-up and drop-off is provided in Naha City (except for some areas such as the Shinto Center area). According to the principle of pick-up on the same day, some hotels will arrange for guests to collect at nearby meeting points. The specific information will be subject to the notification received. 5. If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day, the date and session cannot be changed for free, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, so please allow sufficient time for arrival.
6. Depending on the whale observation situation, we may return to port early. Please be informed.
7. If you go out to sea for whale watching, if you don’t see a whale on the day, there will be a refundable period and a non-refundable period.
★Refundable period: February 1st to March 19th, 2024. If no whales are seen, there are two options:
①Choose to participate again on another day ②Apply for a full refund (It should be noted that even if you can choose to participate again on another day, if the ship is full, you will not be able to participate again, and you can only get a full refund, so please understand)
★Non-refundable period: December 23, 2023 to January 31, 2023, March 20 to April 4, 2024. During this period, even if you do not see a whale, you cannot get a refund or choose a different date. Please understand if you participate.
8. No refunds will be made if the following conditions are met. The final decision will be made by the ship on the day. Please understand.
① Saw a whale spouting from a distance ② One or more guests saw a whale on that day
9. Due to weather, sea conditions and other force majeure factors, the whale watching trip may be canceled on the day. Guests will be notified through the reserved contact information at that time, so please pay attention.
10. You may be splashed by waves when watching whales. Please wear warm or waterproof clothes that you don't mind getting wet. Avoid wearing unstable shoes such as high heels. Be sure to wear a life jacket provided by the ship throughout the process.
11. As long as the rain does not cause navigation difficulties, ships can leave the port as usual even on rainy days. If a guest cancels due to rainy weather and does not want to participate, cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with regulations.
12. Guests who are prone to seasickness are advised to take their own seasickness medicine in advance. Seasickness medicine cannot be purchased on site.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
