• Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  
• For safety reasons, we do not allow children to ride the bus for free. Please note that we may refuse to let children ride the bus even if they show up at the meeting point on the day.
• Advance reservations are required for boarding and disembarking locations. (The bus will pass by any boarding or disembarking locations without reservations.)
• Please refrain from applying for infants (0-1 years old) as they have difficulty wearing seat belts while riding the bus.
• Depending on the number of passengers at the time of booking, we may not be able to accommodate your desired boarding and disembarking locations.
• When using a standard bus, the last seat may be in row 5, but it will be treated the same as a regular seat.
• Bus fares are subject to change without notice. Even if the fare changes after your reservation has been accepted or after you have paid for the trip, there will be no fare difference charged or refunded.
• The bus will depart on time. We cannot wait for you even if you contact us in advance. The bus driver and reception staff will not contact you if you do not arrive at the bus stop or meeting place on time.
• The reception location and the boarding location may be different. In that case, we will inform you of the bus stop at the meeting place. If you are not at the boarding location even after completing reception, the bus will not be able to wait for you.
• Please note that arrival times may vary depending on bad weather and road conditions.
• The bus operating and arrival times are only estimates, and may not operate as scheduled due to traffic conditions. Please note that we will not be able to provide taxis, accommodation, meals, etc., or refunds due to such reasons.
• You cannot change your boarding or disembarking location on the day of departure.
• Luggage that can be stored in the trunk of the bus must not exceed 120cm in total length, width, and height, and is limited to one piece per person. Please note that large items such as folding bicycles and pets are not allowed. In addition, valuables and fragile items such as musical instruments cannot be placed in the trunk.
• Please be careful with your luggage and valuables. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or theft of any of them.
• It is not permitted to bring or eat strong smelling foods such as hamburgers on board the train.
• Please note that smoking is prohibited on all buses.
• If you are deemed to be a nuisance to other passengers (abusive language, drunkenness, etc.), we may refuse you boarding. In addition, we will not provide refunds for such actions.
• Due to amendments to the Road Traffic Act, wearing seat belts while riding on a bus is now mandatory.
