- If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the capacity limit, we may refuse to allow you to use the service.
- The number of seats includes the driver. When making a reservation, please let us know the exact number of people and luggage. If you have a lot of luggage or exceed the limit, please reserve a vehicle that can accommodate all of your luggage. Please note that any additional costs incurred due to not adhering to the maximum number of passengers and luggage will be borne by the customer.

If you depart or finish north of Kyoda Roadside Station, there is a one-way fee of 3,000 yen for an empty vehicle, which will be collected and paid locally.
Expressway use
If you use the expressway, you will need to pay in cash on the spot.
Long distance charges
If your trip takes you to the Yanbaru region (Higashi Village, Ogimi Village, Kunigami Village), a long-distance fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.
