Purchase Notice
- Please be sure to arrive at the pick-up place 10 minutes in advance. The tour departs on time.
- Please note that there are some walking sections other than vehicle movement in the tour course.
- When making a reservation, please write down the contact information of message app (Kakao Talk, whatsapp).
- As LINE has temporarily suspended its international friend-adding service, we strongly recommend not using LINE as your primary communication method.
- If LINE is the only messaging app available to you, we will contact you in advance via the email address provided at the time of booking.
- If you bring a stroller or wheelchair, please write it in the remarks column when making a reservation.
- Infants under the age of 2 can ride with their guardians. This does not include seats, admission tickets, meals, etc.

Please understand that there may be traffic congestion on weekends during the festival period.**
The Jinhae Gunhangje Festival Option B2 (DAY & NIGHT Tour) departs later than the Option B1 (DAY tour), so traffic may be a little more congested.**
Customers who choose option B1 are recommended to participate in the tour after having a simple breakfast & lunch.**

This tour departs from Seoul and involves a one-way drive of approximately 4–5 hours. If you are prone to motion sickness, please prepare medication in advance.
We will monitor cherry blossom conditions, and when necessary, notify guests in advance with possible itinerary adjustment options.
Cherry blossom conditions are subject to natural factors, and refunds are not provided based solely on bloom conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
