Transportation from Seoul is very convenient; it only takes 1.5 hours to reach the ski resort without any hassle of transfers. Guides assist with equipment rentals, making the process very smooth. The instructors are very patient, explaining everything from putting on the skis and proper stance to how to avoid falling – crucial for beginners. The indoor rest area is a big plus. The scenery at the ski resort is also beautiful; taking the chairlift up offers panoramic views of the entire snowscape, creating a truly enchanting atmosphere. It's perfect for first-time snowboarders or those looking for a relaxed skiing experience. I'd definitely participate again next winter! 👍

We participated in the tour with 4 stops, early in the morning, fortunately to see a very fluent guide Lanson in Mandarin and English, oral expression and accent are close to native-like, will not understand 👍🏻 The best thing is that every group member is polite, quiet and super punctual Really have to say 4 stops is a little rushed, Nami Island is worth staying more time, there is a chance to go again without so cold 🥶

Everland was an amazing experience for our family. The park is very clean, beautifully maintained, and well-organized, with sufficient facilities throughout. The rides were very fun, especially the exciting roller coasters, which were a real highlight. Visiting during winter was a great choice as the queue lines were short, allowing us to enjoy more attractions with minimal waiting. The park is also very pretty, with lovely scenery and a pleasant atmosphere. The churros were nice and delicious, definitely worth trying. We truly appreciated the convenient prayer room for Muslims to perform shalat comfortably. On top of that, the staff were very energetic, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, Everland is a fantastic theme park and highly recommended for visitors of all ages.

Taking the kids skiing was a great experience overall, and the itinerary went smoothly. Our guide, Linda, was attentive, friendly, and experienced. The only downside was that because we weren't in Linda's lesson group, we had to wait for another instructor for over half an hour after getting our gear on. This wasted the time we could have saved by moving quickly, and the kids, who were initially excited, started to get a little impatient. It was getting late, and the beginner slopes already had long queues, so we didn't join them. However, overall it was still a pleasant experience.
