Once the coach and group members have left the shore, latecomers will not be allowed to go out of the water (and will not be refunded). Please pay special attention not to be late, so as not to affect your rights and interests. All tours are accompanied by professional coaches. In principle, if the number of experiencers is less than 11, one coach will be assigned, and if the number of experiencers is more than 11, two coaches will be assigned.
