Part of the 'Batongguan Traversing Trail' from the Japanese colonial period, 'Walami' means 'let's go do something together' in the Bunun language. The trail follows the Lakulaku River upstream and features 5 suspension bridges crossing the valley, with a rich natural ecosystem. Located within Yushan National Park, the 4.5km section from the trailhead to Jiaxin does not require a permit. For the section from Jiaxin to Walami, you must apply for mountain and park entry permits from Yushan National Park. It is recommended to walk from the trailhead to Shanfeng No. 2 Suspension Bridge to enjoy the Shanfeng Waterfall before returning the same way; this section is most suitable for general visitors and families. It is worth mentioning that Walami is also an important habitat for Formosan black bears. As their numbers have dwindled in recent years, if you are lucky enough to spot one, please remain calm and leave the area to avoid disturbing the bear and causing dangerous situations. - Antong Hot Spring
Located about 8 km from Yuli town, it dates back to 1905 and was once a guesthouse for the Japanese Governor-General during the colonial period. With a faint scent of hydrogen sulfide, the Antong hot spring is a 'sulfate-chloride spring' rich in over 15 minerals, making it a century-old hot spring in Hualien. In addition to hot spring room options, there are also private rooms, open-air SPA areas, and indoor gender-segregated baths, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy a relaxing hot spring time.

Antong Hot Spring provides shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer. It is recommended that passengers bring their own towel, cup, swimsuit and swimming cap (not necessary if you choose to bath naked), and a set of spare clothes.
Pets and outside food are not allowed in the hot spring area.
If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, you can choose to increase the price by $700/person to change to a two-person trip; or choose to cancel the tour (full refund), and the cancellation email notification will be sent at least 1 day before the departure date.
If the boarding or alighting location is not in Hualien City or the train station, additional charges will be charged based on distance and must be paid on site. Please be aware.
The free shuttle area in Hualien City is from the south of Hualu Road in the north, to the east of Section 3 of Central Road in the west, and to the north of De'an 6th Street in the south.
