Booking through this service was definitely the right decision. The driver spoke excellent Japanese and provided helpful information, so even though it was an 8-hour course, we were able to complete our schedule in no time. While taking the train or a taxi is also an option, for families, it's much easier with luggage, they take you to the entrance, and they handle all the paperwork, so I think it's a really good choice.

The female driver was incredibly kind. She introduced famous tourist attractions along the way, recommended affordable and delicious seafood nearby, and suggested budget-friendly souvenir shops. She stopped near the attractions or at the entrances. The weather in Yehliu was a bit cold, rainy, and windy that day. Although we had umbrellas, she suggested we wear raincoats, and she even gave us spares. She was very helpful. At the sky lantern area, she also helped us communicate with the shopkeepers and took photos for us. She was also very accommodating when our itinerary changed. Choosing this service was excellent; I'll definitely book with them again next time.
