Keelung Islet

The tour guide was professional, and despite the hot weather, reminded everyone to bring enough water. He explained the scenery and historical anecdotes very clearly. We were also lucky to encounter calm seas!

This is truly a traditional cultural experience worth seeing. I think every Taiwanese person should come and see it at least once in their lifetime. We were lucky this time; the waves weren't too big, the boatman's service was excellent, the overall environment was clean and tidy, and the food was delicious. It's a pity that the fishing experience was a bit short; it seems like everyone on the boat was caught fishing, so I guess no one was quite satisfied!

The performance was humorous and entertaining, yet educational, and the children all had a great time.

I chose this trip to see what Taiwan looked like when the Dutch first described Formosa. It was really sunny; I wore shorts and a t-shirt and my face was sunburned when I got back, haha. The caves were very cool, and the sea breeze made a difference. I couldn't go around the island, so I only walked halfway through the trail, but it was still a great experience. The lighthouse was also a nice addition. The boat trip route had quite a lot of waves.

At first, I thought we were going fishing, but it turned out we were going to feed the fish. The fish ate the delicious supper the boatman prepared with great gusto.

Joining the most complete four-in-one tour, the guide provided meticulous explanations. From the moment the boat departed Bisha Fishing Harbor, cruising along the Blue Highway, passing Badouzi, Elephant Trunk Rock Ruins, and Jiufen, the coastal scenery unfolded before circling Keelung Island. Along the way, there was even a delightful surprise: flying fish leaping out of the water! After arriving on the island, the guide accompanied us along the beautiful coastal trail and to the summit for photos with the Keelung Island Lighthouse. A friend in our group shared that it took her three visits to successfully complete the entire Keelung Island tour; we were incredibly lucky to achieve all our goals on our first try! The trip was incredibly fun and enjoyable. We are also grateful to all the relevant organizations and groups for their efforts in protecting the island's ecology. We would love to bring our family here again next time.
