Dadaocheng Private School Old House Metalwork Handmade|Taipei Dihua Street Decoration Piece Handmade Course

Today I finally finished my first copper craft! I originally thought metalworking would be cold and rigid like I imagined, but under the teacher's guidance, the process was surprisingly therapeutic. 🔨 The surprising experience of going from "hard" to "soft": When I first received the copper sheet, its solid texture did put me under some pressure, fearing I might ruin the material if I didn't handle it properly. But with the teacher's professional explanation, I learned how to use the forging tool to shape the metal. The teacher's patience was the most beautiful thing in the class, and I must give special praise to him! As someone with clumsy hands, my hands trembled several times while hammering, and I even accidentally hammered it crookedly. The teacher wasn't impatient at all; instead, he comforted me, demonstrating again and again how to hold the hammer, how to control the force, and even carefully observing each student's progress, providing assistance when needed. That kind of patience—"Even if you're slow, I'll work with you slowly"—truly transformed the tense creative process into complete relaxation.

The Blue Highway Tour offers stunning scenery along the riverbanks, with guides explaining Taipei's historical development, including places like Huludu and Shezi Island. Disembarking at Tamsui, a stroll through the old streets at dusk to watch the sunset was truly delightful. Although it was a bit crowded due to the Lunar New Year holiday (the third day of the Lunar New Year), it was still a fantastic journey.

I had such a wonderful experience at this 1920s cheongsam studio in Taipei. As a solo traveler, I was a little nervous at first, but the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed from the beginning. The traditional outfits were elegant and well-prepared, and the hairstyling and accessories perfectly matched the vintage atmosphere. The photographer was professional and guided me through poses, so it was easy to relax and enjoy the session. I really enjoyed my experience at this 1920s cheongsam studio in Taipei.
