Our tour guide, Zhang Ting, was very experienced and the itinerary was arranged very smoothly. We were able to see the beautiful Mount Fuji, and since time allowed, we were able to visit more attractions. We had a wonderful and happy two-day trip, and I will definitely join a different tour next time I have the opportunity.
We were able to visit a few places in comfort without having to rush for transport. Lunch was provided and it was very delicious. The driver drove safely from destination to destination. The guide was informative and shared a lot about the history of fuji mountain but felt that she could have given us time for toilet break when we reached the first destination(as I was travelling with my elderly parents, they really needed toilet after a 2h bus ride).
The Hippo Bus was suspended due to low water levels at Lake Yamanaka, making the trip a bit rushed. There was nothing to do near the restaurant where we were supposed to have lunch, so those who didn't want to eat had to wait for 40 minutes. I suggest arranging meals within the scenic area so that people who want to visit attractions or have a meal can do so at their own pace. The tour guide explained everything in detail, and I look forward to being able to take the Hippo Bus smoothly on my next trip to Mount Fuji.
The tour guide and driver were both very friendly. The tour guide explained the scenery along the way to Mount Fuji in detail. It snowed that day, and the kids were very happy to see real snow for the first time. The day trip was well-organized, allowing us to relax and have peace of mind. It was a wonderful day.
This trip went very smoothly. Besides the great weather, which allowed us to see Mount Fuji for two full days, our tour guide, Xiao Zhang, was incredibly helpful in arranging the itinerary perfectly. We visited many excellent spots for viewing Mount Fuji, took lots of beautiful photos, and the recommended meals were delicious and great value! The whole trip was wonderful! Six stars!
