The tour guide and driver were both excellent. The weather was beautiful on May 21st, 2015; the flowers were in full bloom, and the ice at the ranch was delicious. Being able to have a day with a tour group on a free and easy trip, without having to find my own way or hitchhike, was a real treat. Every scene was beautiful; for places where I wanted to spend more time, I can plan a separate trip for myself.
Excellent tour guide Xiao Tang (Vivi) 🍬 - cute and professional; driver - steady and efficient; highly recommended attractions. Cape Kamui is a place difficult to visit on your own; very windy, beautiful scenery, Otaru is gorgeous, every photo looks like a painting. The seafood was incredibly delicious (except for the fact that our group was a large, noisy Indian family, everything was great 🤣).
The Tenguyama summit observation deck offers panoramic views of Otaru's cityscape and houses the Tengu Museum, providing insights into tengu culture from across Japan. The Tenguyama Shrine is also nearby, nestled in beautiful woods. After dark, the city's night view is exceptionally enchanting, making it a must-see attraction.
Unlike roaming, it doesn't lag when used; the experience is quite good. It's worth buying if it's cheap. The card seems to have a phone number on it, but I haven't tested it by calling yet. It would be even better if I could leave my phone number to make restaurant reservations.
