I booked the cheapest plan the day before. There was no time slot, so it was crowded first thing in the morning, but I was able to choose from a wide variety of designs. There were lots of cute hanbok dresses and a wide range of sizes. The skirts were one-piece style with Velcro closures at the back, and only one size fit. The tops were available in various sizes. There was no Japanese-speaking staff member that day, so I communicated using simple Korean and English. The woman who helped me change and did my hair seemed to be Chinese? I couldn't understand a word she was saying. When I arrived at the shop, I paid 10,000 won for the locker key. They refunded it when I left. I added a 5,000 won hair styling service on-site. They made me look cute in no time. You take off your coat and put it in a locker, but you put the dress on over your own clothes, so high necks and turtlenecks will show, so be careful if that bothers you! Go to the shop → Pay the key fee → A staff member will be assigned to you → Choose a hanbok → A petticoat is placed over your clothes in front of the fitting room (this is when you realize it's over the clothes you were wearing) → They help you put on the skirt and top → If you want your hair styled, you get a numbered receipt and wait until your number is called on the screen → After your hair is styled, they give you a receipt → Take the receipt to the register and pay for the hair style, they write the time back on the receipt and you're free to walk around from there. It was an extremely crowded day, but I managed to find my staff member, and somehow it all worked out. Anyway, it was cheap and I was very satisfied. It was so cheap I almost felt guilty.
The car rental company was run by Chinese people, and we communicated in simplified Chinese without much trouble. There was enough room for seven people and their luggage, and the seats were very comfortable. We arrived at Incheon Airport very punctually and quickly.

The weather was very cold in early March, but thankfully we had a chartered car, which made it easy to complete the three itineraries. Nami Island is absolutely gorgeous in winter 🥰 and the strawberries are incredibly sweet.
Amazing communication and very efficient! My flight landed later than usual and there were no complaints whatsoever. Very good service!
