10-hour service duration. Overtime fees apply: 5,000 JPY/hour for 7-10 seaters, 10,000 JPY/hour for vehicles with more than 10 seats (payable on-site).

Earliest departure at 8:00, latest end time by 22:00. Departure time is up to you.

Departure location: Sapporo city (If the departure location is outside Sapporo city but the return is in Sapporo city, the empty-run time will be deducted from the 10-hour service duration; please note this when booking for customer service confirmation).

Driver language: Chinese/Japanese

Itinerary details: If you need to add destinations, please book the existing plan first and pay the additional fee to the driver in cash on-site (approximately 5,000 JPY; please note your itinerary when booking, and the exact amount will be confirmed by customer service).

Additional Baby Seats

The first baby or child seat is provided free of charge. Each additional seat will incur an extra fee of 2,000 JPY, payable in cash to the driver on the day. Please specify the required quantity when booking.

Overtime Fee

The daily service duration is 10 hours. Overtime will incur an additional fee, payable in cash to the driver on the day. The fee is 5,000 JPY per hour for 7-10 seaters, and any time over 30 minutes is charged as one full hour.

Itinerary Adjustments

If you need to add more destinations to your itinerary, please book the existing plan first and pay the additional fee to the driver in cash on-site (approximately 5,000 JPY; please note your itinerary when booking, and the exact amount will be confirmed by customer service).

Cleaning Fee

If the vehicle is severely soiled during the trip (e.g., vomiting, strong odors, or other situations requiring intensive cleaning), a cleaning fee of 25,000 JPY will be charged.

Reminders

  • To ensure the driver can contact you and to protect your rights, please be sure to check your KKday messages after booking.

  • If the duration of the private charter car on the day of travel exceeds the duration confirmed during the initial inquiry (including traffic conditions such as congestion), an additional overtime fee must be paid to the driver on-site.

  • To ensure a smooth trip on the day of travel, the driver may suggest return times based on traffic conditions and may adjust the order of attractions accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

  • If you wish to make any changes to your itinerary, please submit your request at least 48 hours before departure; otherwise, it may not be possible to accommodate.
