This zoo has a great location and is accessible by subway. The entrance fee is also very reasonable, which is a big plus. The exhibits were extensive and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

A big thank you to Ms. Matsumoto for her incredibly professional and enthusiastic tour guide! 💓 We didn't have much time at Farm Tomita, and didn't even have time to eat. There was a cantaloupe farm further along the way; the cantaloupe pineapple bread filling tasted a bit like… *sob*, and the artificial flavoring was very strong. Even with my sweet tooth, I couldn't finish one! 🥹 The Blue Pond was beautiful! I loved it! It was much smaller than I imagined, kind of like a lower-altitude version of the Forget-Me-Not Forest? But it didn't have much of a sense of mystery. There were some souvenir shops along the way, but nothing particularly memorable.
