This day trip solves the problem of wanting to see beautiful scenery far away but not having a car. The tour leader, Lisa, and the driver provided excellent and friendly service, making the whole trip very fulfilling and the journey very comfortable.

Our tour guide, Xiao Zhou, provided friendly commentary in both Chinese and English and shared many tips for traveling to Hokkaido. It was a very relaxing day trip with a good amount of time allotted. Overall, it wasn't rushed, and most of the group members boarded the bus early, which was great. The only downside was the Showa Shinzan stop, which wasn't particularly exciting. 🤣

Tour itinerary was a little tight but expected. Luckily most of the attractions did not require too much time hanging around. Guide Oscar was entertaining & helpful. The yogurt drink (plain is the best ) & ice cream (better than some of the famous brands ) he recommended were really nice. Driver drove safely. Coach was comfortable & clean. Do note that there is no proper lunch venue for the trip if you pick the Mt Usu Ropeway option. Only light sandwich meal available. Overall a good trip. Recommended!
