  • The usage time is 10 consecutive hours between 8:00 and 21:00. Overtime is charged at 5,000 JPY/hour for 7-seater/10-seater and 8,000 JPY/hour for 14-seater/18-seater/23-seater or above (paid on-site).
  • Driver language: Chinese/Japanese (English needs to be confirmed in advance).
  • Itinerary arrangement: Please confirm the itinerary content before departure. If you need to change the itinerary, please inform us in advance, as it may increase the cost.

  • This product is a private charter car service. The usage time is 10 consecutive hours between 8:00 and 21:00. Overtime is charged at 5,000 JPY/hour for 7-seater/10-seater and 8,000 JPY/hour for 14-seater/18-seater/23-seater or above (paid on-site).
  • To ensure a smooth and pleasant journey, please make sure to note the route of the attractions you wish to visit when booking. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted based on traffic conditions on the day of departure.
  • For your comfort, please be sure to accurately fill in the number of passengers and luggage. The number of passenger seats will decrease as the amount of luggage increases. Please refer to the vehicle's passenger capacity limit when booking. If the booking does not meet the requirements, the store will make corrections and modifications.
  • If overtime occurs due to weather or traffic congestion, regardless of whether it is due to natural causes or traffic regulations, you are still required to pay the overtime service fee and night service fee incurred.
  • If you are unable to travel due to force majeure (special illness, flight cancellation) and need to cancel the order, please contact customer service with proof, and they will handle it on a case-by-case basis.

Overtime service fee

The standard usage time is 10 hours. Overtime is charged at 5,000 JPY/hour (7-seater/10-seater) and 8,000 JPY/hour (14-seater/18-seater/23-seater).

Child seat

One child seat is provided free of charge. Each additional seat costs 2,000 JPY.

Night service fee

The private charter car service is for 10 consecutive hours between 8:00 and 21:00. If the service exceeds 21:00, an additional night service fee of 5,000 JPY/hour (7-seater/10-seater) or 8,000 JPY/hour (14-seater/18-seater/23-seater) will be charged.

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
