He's a local Okinawa guide with over 20 years of experience and speaks fluent Chinese; he was extremely professional and explained everything carefully at each location. The products were excellent, the value for money was superb, the service was excellent, and the shipping was fast. Thank you, boss! I'll definitely buy again if I have the chance.

The driver was polite, attentive, the car was clean, and he drove steadily.

This trip, using the DMM Aquarium ticket plus a meal (curry rice), was a great deal! At the end, you can also redeem a voucher for an AW Sarsaparilla (one cup) at the service center, which you can use to redeem a drink at the store! They even gave away an eSIM – so generous!!!

DMM is a great option for a rainy day trip, as it's conveniently located next to a department store, allowing you to spend a whole day there. There are lockers at the entrance of DMM so you don't have to worry about carrying heavy bags. Although it's not very large, everything is well-maintained. I recommend exchanging for some NT$100 coins to use as souvenirs in the gashapon machines. The hermit crab fishing game was surprisingly popular with the kids. I highly recommend setting aside a whole day to explore this area. The complimentary ice cream voucher requires a certain spending threshold to redeem, so we didn't end up using it.

We enjoyed the 2 days of chartered car with the same driver. It made our travel around Okinawa much easier. The car was new and spacious. The driver is very kind and easy to communicate with. We went to all the places we wanted to see. Thank you!
