Important notes for participating in the tour:
- - The sea in Okinawa during winter has higher waves than in summer. - We may refuse boarding if you are not feeling well. - Please wear non-slip shoes. We may refuse boarding if you are wearing high heels. - For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to participate. - Drinking alcohol is not allowed on board. For safety reasons, we will also refuse boarding to anyone who has consumed alcohol on the day of the tour.
Other notes:
- - The minimum number of participants is 4. We will contact you in advance if the minimum number is not met. - Mie-gushiku Port has toilets, changing rooms, showers (paid/JPY 100 per 3 minutes), and lockers (paid/JPY 200). - If you are arriving by car, parking fees apply (max. JPY 700 per day).

Age range: 3-100 years old
Clothing and belongings: Please prepare your own cold-weather and waterproof gear. If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
